About Us

Lee Nielsen

Lee Nielsen, Principal of the Nielsen Group, has over 25 years experience in executive HR management at several multinational corporations, American Greetings, OfficeMax, ICI Paints. She has managed The Nielsen Group, an organizational development consulting practice, since 2001. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor in the Cleveland State University MBA program.

She holds a MS from the Kellogg School at Northwestern and a BA from Webster University. Lee frequently serves as job search coach to out-of-work executives and managers and is a sought-after presenter to job search groups. Her job support coaching has been called honest, direct and strategic.

Lee is an active volunteer with an emphases on homelessness, women’s independence and education.


Bonnie N. Dick

Bonnie N. Dick is a seasoned job search support professional with experience in managing large job search organizations and in providingindividual job search coaching to managers and skilled professionals.

Bonnie holds a BS from the University of Wisconsin and post-graduate work with the University of Buffalo. She developed the professionals’ search practice for both ORION Consulting and The Employment Connection. Her current responsibilities as an Employment Consultant with DickGroup Consulting is to coach, train and help people who are in transition to market themselves to their next employer. Bonnie works both with the clients and employers.

She is an active volunteer with a particular focus on workforce development, child abuse, Alzheimer’s and the arts. In 2009 Bonnie received the Outstanding Mature Worker Award from Experience Works, representing the State of Ohio in Washington, D.C.
