Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using this website (“Site”). This Privacy Policy will provide you with: information regarding what information Nielsen collects and how Nielsen may share the collected information. By using the Site, you consent to the Privacy Policy set forth below. The term “Nielsen” refers to The Nielsen Associates, Inc., an Ohio corporation, having a principal address of PO Box 31762, Cleveland, Ohio. The term “you” refers to the user, viewer, or individual accessing the Site.
Article I
Acceptance of Privacy Policy
1.1 This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted through the JobSearchForManagers Website. Use of the Site indicates that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy. Further, by using the Site, you consent to Nielsen’s use of the information that is collected or submitted as provided for in this Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Site, any content, including without limit, text, data, information, magnetic translation, digital conversion, software, scripts, graphics, photographs, design, sounds, music, videos, interactive features, and the design and organization thereof (“Materials”) that may be available through the Site and any services that may be provided through the Site (“Services”) (The Site, Materials, and Services collectively referred to as the “JobSearchForManagers Website”).
Article II
Information Collected
2.1 Nielsen may receive and store information you enter or provide to use through your use of the JobSearchForManagers Website. For example, you may enter or provide Nielsen information that Nielsen may receive and store when you place an order, register, participate in any Services provided by Nielsen, or send Nielsen an email or other type of correspondence. The information may include:
- a. your name;
- b. your mailing address;
- c. your email address;
- d. your phone number;
- e. your credit card information;
- f. other personal or preference information you provide to Nielsen; and,
- g. information you provide to Nielsen about other people, including but not limited to, the name and address of a gift recipient.
2.2 Nielsen will never request any credit card information, user name, password, or any other personal information from you through email. This is an attempt to steal your personal information known as “phishing.” If you receive an email that looks like it is sent by Nielsen and is asking you for any type of personal information, delete the email and do not respond.
2.3 Upon accessing the Site, Nielsen may receive, collect, and record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website including, for example, the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using; the date and time you access the Site; and, the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to the Site. Nielsen may use this information to monitor the usage of the Site and as necessary for Nielsen’s business. This information does not include personal information.
2.4 Nielsen may receive information about you from other sources. This information may allow Nielsen to improve the level of service offered to you through product recommendations or special offers that may be of interest to you.
2.5 The JobSearchForManagers Website is marketed for and directed towards use and purchase by adults or with the consent of adults. Minors, individuals under eighteen (18) years of age are not authorized or permitted to use the JobSearchForManagers Website without the supervision of their parent or legal guardian. Nielsen does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. Should Nielsen learn that someone under thirteen (13) years of age has provided any personal information to Nielsen or on the JobSearchForManagers Website, Nielsen will remove that information as soon as possible.

Cookies
3.1 Nielsen may receive and store information received from you through your use and interaction with the JobSearchForManagers Website, such as, but not limited to, information obtained through the use of “cookies” or alphanumeric identifiers that Nielsen transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser. Nielsen may use “cookies” to obtain information when your web browser access the Site.
3.2 Nielsen does not require you, as a condition for using the Site, to permit Nielsen’s use of “cookies” and you can choose to utilize software or other programs, provided by you at your own risk and cost, which are designed to allow you to access the Site anonymously. The “help” function of most web browsers can provide you with specific information about how to prevent your web browser from accepting “cookies.”
3.3 Nielsen may utilize the information obtained from “cookies” for reporting and analysis purposes, to determine the performance of any marketing efforts undertaken by Nielsen, and the delivery of relevant marketing messages, advertisements, and special offers.
Article IV
Sharing Information with Third Parties
4.1 Nielsen may share information with carefully selected vendors, business partners and other organizations, which are not part of Nielsen. These companies and organizations may use the information Nielsen shares to provide special opportunities and offers to you.
4.2 The JobSearchForManagers Website may contain links, resources, or produce search results that reference links to third party websites (“Third-Party Sites”). These third-Party Sites have their own policies regarding privacy. Nielsen may have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for any websites or resources that are provided by the Third-Party Sites, or the content, privacy policies, or practices of any these third-Party Sites. If you visit one of these Third-Party Sites, Nielsen recommends that you review the privacy policy for that website. In addition, you may have linked to the JobSearchForManagers Website through another website. In such cases the website you linked from may collect information from you. Nielsen recommends that you review the privacy policies on those websites to see how they collect and use the information they collect.
4.3 Nielsen may also share information with companies that provide support services to Nielsen (such as a printer, mailing house or web host) or that help Nielsen market Nielsen’s products and services. These companies may need information about you in order to perform their functions. These companies are not authorized to use the information Nielsen shares with them for any other purpose.
4.4 Nielsen may disclose information you provide to Nielsen when Nielsen believes disclosure is appropriate to comply or conform with the law; to comply with legal process served on Nielsen; to enforce or apply our Terms of Use Agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Nielsen, the JobSearchForManagers Website, users of the JobSearchForManagers Website, or third parties.
4.5 In the event that Nielsen should sell or transfer some or all of the business assets of the JobSearchForManagers Website, Nielsen generally would transfer the corresponding information regarding Nielsen customers and users of the JobSearchForManagers Website. Additionally, Nielsen may also retain a copy of that information.
Article V
Changes/Modifications/Amendments
5.1 At any time, Nielsen may make changes, modifications, alterations, or updates to the Privacy Policy. When these changes are made, an updated version of the Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site or otherwise made available to you as provided in Nielsen’s Term of Use Agreement.
5.2 You understand and agree that if you use the JobSearchForManagers Website after the date on which the Privacy Policy has been changed, Nielsen will treat your use of the JobSearchForManagers Website as acceptance of the Privacy Policy. If you object to any such changes, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the JobSearchForManagers Website.

While Nielsen is focused on the security of your personal information and follows strict standards, processes, and procedures designed to protect your personal information, Nielsen cannot promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will remain secure in all circumstances.
